Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Mighty Fine Transport LLC. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.

1. Agreement to Terms

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the services. If you are accessing and using the services on behalf of a company (such as your employer) or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Freight Transportation Services

Mighty Fine Transport LLC provides freight transportation services, including but not limited to local and regional hauling, dedicated routes, and time-sensitive shipment support. The specific details, scope, timelines, and deliverables of the services will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement between Mighty Fine Transport LLC and the client.

3. Payment Terms

Fees for our services will be detailed in the client's SOW or service agreement. Unless otherwise specified, payments are due upon receipt of the invoice. Late payments may incur interest charges. Services may be suspended or terminated for non-payment.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide Mighty Fine Transport LLC with all necessary information, shipment details, and site access (e.g., loading and unloading instructions) required to perform the agreed-upon services. Delays in providing this information may impact project timelines and results.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information received from the other party. This includes business strategies, client lists, and performance data. This obligation of confidentiality will survive the termination of any service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

While Mighty Fine Transport LLC strives to provide the highest quality services, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Transportation timelines may be affected by factors beyond our direct control, including weather, traffic, and third-party delays. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mighty Fine Transport LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the SOW. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the date of termination.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Mighty Fine Transport LLC site. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
